Can I download free PSP games for Android

At the time of writing, you can download the PSP games on the Sony Japan PlayStation Store.
This is an English-speaking country only (you can't get it to work in other countries).
The app stores a total of 35 games across nine different titles.

If you can't get this to work, you'll probably have to use the Kindle Fire's native app store, where you'll find a number of 'Epic Games' available.
These may not be directly compatible with your PSP, but they're good. There is a way to find a particular satellite out in space, thanks to a network of meteors.
According to Space.com, the Siding Spring Observatory in Australia has identified a short-period comet that will pass near Earth at just the right time to form a "satellite shadow" on the star in question. The observatory has named it Siding Spring. In 2015, it passed our planet at a distance of about 60,000 miles (97,000 kilometers).
The comet is expected to reach Earth again in October 2018 and then again in 2021. These will be the closest it's ever been. You can see an interactive time-lapse video on the website, to see how the comet will pass on its final flyby.

Earth has a few interesting orbital quirks, like this one.
Astronomers have spotted a few tiny moons circling the planet, including one that has been named Ascraeus for a 4,000-year-old Greek myth about a traveller in search of knowledge. They are among a total of 3,086 known moons orbiting our planet. Astronomers also have a watch for potentially dangerous asteroids. In 2018, the largest ever asteroid to be discovered will pass Earth, having been discovered only in March. It's called 2018 LA. According to scientists, the space rock is at least 109 meters (360 feet) wide. It's called 'potentially hazardous' because it could cause some damage if it ever collided with Earth.
In that case, it'd be a "once in a lifetime event" but most asteroids are. Venus isn't the only planet you can find in space, thanks to some clever cosmic wanderers. If you can't find Venus, there are two planets in the Zodiac constellation - Mars and Saturn - that are visible in the night sky, sometimes with the naked eye. But there's more to look for. According to many sources, the Earth and Mars actually orbit very close to each other. It's called the Hadley cell. Mars actually rotates very quickly around its axis, but it goes so fast that you can't actually see it rotate. But if you stare at it very, very carefully, you can see it bulge slightly out from the background. To explain how this works: the farther you are from the city, the more you can see Mars, thanks to the power of the Earth's atmosphere, which reflects light from the sun. So the farther away you are, the less light you see from the sky.
