EPUB eBooks from the Kindle store can be borrowed through Google Books. How do I download an eBook in other languages?
EPUB eBooks in any other language will be available in the Kindle and Kindle application through the iBooks app.
Will Google Books get access to my library card?
No. When you link your Google accounts with your library, you will no longer be able to use your library card to check out eBooks. The iBooks app can only access eBooks in the same format that they are available in the Kindle Store and Nook Store.
When will Google Books be available in my library?
As you read in the FAQ, this is currently in testing in select locations.
Google Books will also be available in a few selected public libraries: Los Angeles County, Detroit Public Library, New York Public Library, Philadelphia Free Library, and Queens Library in New York City.
I also live in a country where Google Books isn't available yet, like China or Russia, can I download a free eBook in those languages?
No. Amazon Kindle books are available in the same formats that they are available in the Kindle Store and Nook Store.
