The 2070 uses the older Pascal architecture, which means you can expect a GPU that is approximately 20% faster than its 1070 counterpart.
I was expecting it to be more than this as the 2070 uses the new GDDR5X memory, while the 2070 GTX 1070 uses the older GDDR5X memory.
As mentioned before, this card is available with one or two DisplayPorts and no DVI-D or HDMI port, making it the only consumer-oriented card to lack a DVI-D connector.
That's not a deal breaker for me personally as I don't think DVI is nearly as useful as HDMI, but in this case, it only really matters for people who are looking to connect their display to a low-res monitor or a smartphone.
The GTX 1070 Ti offers an astounding 165°C temperature at full load. At stock frequencies, the GTX 1070 Ti usually hits a temperature of 115-120°C.

Of course, the Gigabyte GTX 1070 Ti AORUS is not perfect. For one, the main selling point of this video card is its massive water cooling system, which manages to cool the card down to a stunning 30°C under the load of a moderate gaming session. While that's impressive, I'm not sure how practical this really is, as 30°C is a bit cold for those who aren't used to very high GPU temperatures, even with open-air liquid cooling systems.
The video card is equipped with three fans, and one of them pushes air directly over the GTX 1070 Ti's heat sink. These fans are well ventilated as they operate as silent as possible, but they obviously require some airflow, which is limited by the custom-made composite radiator and black heat-pipe.
Since the video card is cooled down by a radiator, it won't be possible to remove the radiator without it ruining the video card.
If you don't mind playing games in high-temperature scenarios or you just prefer to go into the office with your GTX 1070 Ti, you can probably get away with removing the water cooling unit. The card doesn't come with a dual-slot bracket, but you can easily clip on a DVI-D adapter if you don't mind needing to use DVI to charge the battery in order to power the video card.
The other major downside to this video card is its size. At 360 mm long, the GTX 1070 Ti AORUS is a bit too big to fit in your board, which means you'll have to make sure you've gotten at least one of the video card's fans to stay inside of the enclosure in order to avoid overheating. It's a fairly easy feat to do, as you can just insert the video card into the graphics card shroud and then pry it out again using some brute force.
The video card's I/O bracket is essentially a milled piece of aluminum. Unlike most standard mounting brackets that work in a reverse way, this one is actually screwed into place, with the very last screw being covered by a plastic plastic plate to prevent scratches to the video card.
For such a high-priced video card, you don't really get that much in terms of connectivity. Gigabyte doesn't offer a HDMI 2.0 port, nor do they offer DVI-D ports, making it difficult to connect your laptop with this video card. That said, this video card supports three DisplayPort connectors, which is a better selection than the vanilla GTX 1070, as well as most other cards which have a single DisplayPort and one HDMI 2.0 connector. You also have one DisplayPort and one HDMI 3.0 connector that you can use to connect your laptop to your GTX 1070 Ti, but I recommend not doing that unless you're an professional working with video.
GeForce GTX 1070 Ti LITTLE TITAN
Perhaps the cheapest GTX 1070 Ti is the new MSI GTX 1070 Ti GAMING.
The card is smaller than the Gigabyte model, but it still fits in a standard open-air full-cover case. MSI's graphics card is powered by a twin-fan cooling system, which pumps the air through three copper heat pipes to cool down the GTX 1070 Ti. The card is basically silent, but it does heat up to a rather excessive 57-61°C at full load, compared to the Gigabyte's 30°C.
As this video card is aimed at gamers, the video card has one DisplayPort connector, which is not able to connect with external monitors. Moreover, you only have one HDMI 2.0 connector, making it a bit difficult to use this video card with your laptop if you'd like to connect an external monitor.
